There will be 15 minutes breaks every 90 minutes approximately.
Conference will end when speaker is finished.  In general, we expect it to run till ~7:o0 PM but it is strictly dependent on each speaker. 
Midrash Echad is focused on bringing high caliber biblical scholars to the Phoenix Metro area so that saints from every corner of the state can learn together, growing and mature in oneness in Yeshua HaMashiach.  This is not a ministry for building a kingdom OTHER than Yeshua's.  May we be blessed for having proclaimed His Name and Good News whenever, and wherever possible.
