I just tried my first BULLET PROOF COFFEE today. I saw it in three different places in about as many days so I am taking it on faith that Yeshua is pointing me to this.

Oats are GREAT FIBER--have you had your fiber today?
I have been coming at weight loss from pretty much every direction. I see a nutritionist once a month and her suggestion to me is basically to watch portion sizes and o make sire to get 1200 calories per day. When I finally get into the groove of weight loss I generally start loosing my appetite and then I do have to remind myself about 3 meals per day. Seems strange I would have that problem but I do. I think a lot of people also have this issue who are overweight, This months nutrition goal is to eat more veggies and fruit. I love tangelos and recently I found organic fuji apples - they are wonderful. I am going to search out veggies I can rave about too.
I think I finally am on to something special and God given/ I found a great resource for spiritual support for men and women. I have been to several meetings I think today was my 5th. Since joining I have tried to listen to God's leading me through this journey. I have spoken to many people that consider themselves blessed to be given this opportunity to loose weight amongst all these people. I guess I feel that way too now. I am happy with my weight loss so far.
So I hopped on and slow but surely...I exercised that morning
The first few times were really painful on my hips and knees. I went slow, I went fast, I went micro-slow...until I hit 100. The painful irony of Health Rider is that to use it you are forced to lift your OWN WEIGHT. Eeks!!! That's about the time I started saying, "Man, I weigh a too much!"
