Finally Something to Brag About!

Try it for yourself.  It could help to minimize your appetite.  As I have learned when blood glucose spikes our body responds by feeling hunger.
I first started using Bragg's vinegar about 3 years ago.  But like a lot of things I forgot how beneficial it was and ceased to make it part of my weight loss regimen.  I rediscovered it just a couple of weeks ago and I must say, I am feeling a lot less hunger pangs on the days I use it.

I found out a few things about how Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) works.
  1. It may prevent the digestion of starches into your body.  This helps to lower the blood glucose in your system because less starch is broken down into sugars.
  2. Acids promote protein digestion and this will eventually lead to better protein utilization.
  3. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is one such protein found to improve weight loss by the digestion of fats.  It makes sense that creating an environment within your body favorable to the usage of this hormone will be a plus in loosing unwanted fat pounds,
For me, I am looking forward to whatever benefits it can provide in reducing cholesterol and joint pain from inflammation.  I put about a tablespoon into 8+ ounces of water,  I am not a fan of sour, but to me it tastes like some weird variety of lemonade with apple.
