I have been coming at weight loss from pretty much every direction. I see a nutritionist once a month and her suggestion to me is basically to watch portion sizes and o make sire to get 1200 calories per day. When I finally get into the groove of weight loss I generally start loosing my appetite and then I do have to remind myself about 3 meals per day. Seems strange I would have that problem but I do. I think a lot of people also have this issue who are overweight, This months nutrition goal is to eat more veggies and fruit. I love tangelos and recently I found organic fuji apples - they are wonderful. I am going to search out veggies I can rave about too.
