| We have had the health rider in our home for many years now. Like a lot of exercise equipment it is a pass down from our family. When it first arrived I used it, my husband used it and we thought it would be a fitness breakthrough. But...we kind of stopped way short of fantastic and used it as a laundry hanger on occasion. I have been suffering for a long time now with my hips, back and shoulder. A week ago I looked at my Health Rider and wondered whether it might be able to help realign me and build up my muscles. |
So I hopped on and slow but surely...I exercised that morning
The first few times were really painful on my hips and knees. I went slow, I went fast, I went micro-slow...until I hit 100. The painful irony of Health Rider is that to use it you are forced to lift your OWN WEIGHT. Eeks!!! That's about the time I started saying, "Man, I weigh a too much!"
