I try to eat steel cut oats at least once every couple of days. Since I need grains but I am avoiding all baked products because of wheat and fats, oats in the morning is a good choice. Actually, there have been days when I eat the steel cut oats as a mid afternoon snack instead.
I am sharing this video because I do this too to prep my oats the night before but I never thought of doing that for a whole week.
