He is a doctor of veterinarian medicine (yep animals) who seems to have a lot of great evidence based observation on obesity and weight in animals. Because of his interest in that area he became a doctor of naturopathy. I would like to explore how his theories will help me become fit.

Obviously before starting your food journal you should seek out nutritional advise that keeps your specific needs in check, especially anyone who suffers from a chronic illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia, rheumatoid arthritis, crohn's disease etc. My basic concern here is in finding or developing tools that help me in my journey to fitness.
